Program Schedule Options
Parents can choose the program schedule that best suits there needs. Program must be chosen by
the 25th day of the month and are in effect the following month.

5 days/wk

This option allows students to participate in the program daily. Monthly and weekly payment options
are available.

3 days/wk*

This option allows students to participate in  3 scheduled days a week.  The days must be consistent
from week to week. Monthly and weekly payment options are available.
Drop In*

This option allows students to participate from time to time. Students must be registered in order to
participate in the program. 24hour notice is required.In case of an emergency call 404-622-2585

Flex*

This option allows students to participate in 6 scheduled classes per month. Dates must be chosen by
the 25th of each month. 24 hour notice is required in order to change or cancel date. Flex option is
nonrefundable.

Extended Day*
This option is designed for parents that would like their elementary students to participate in After
School for one hour until their older sibling is released from school

Cancellation/ Refunds

Semester -  You must cancel in writing by the 7th day of the semester.  All refunds will be prorated
to the date of cancellation  a $35 cancellation fee will apply after the semester starts.

Monthly Cancellation requires 2 week written notice.  Refunds will be given if notice is received by
the seventh day of the month. All refunds will be prorated to the date of cancellation (which is 2
weeks from the date notice was received) a $35 cancellation fee will apply.

Weekly 2 week written notice is required. All refunds/charges will be prorated to the date of
Cancellation(which is two weeks from the date notice was received and a $35 cancellation fee will
apply

Flex  Cancellation must be received in writing  by the seventh day of the month. All refunds will be
prorated and a $35 cancellation fee will apply.
Return Checks
In the event that check is not honored by your financial institution a $35 return check fee will be
assessed. A replacement payment must be received within 2 business day.s In addition all future
payments must be made by cash , money order, cashier check or visa.
Due Dates/ Late Payments

Monthly and Flex Payments are due by the 25th of the prior month, All payments received after
11:59 pm on the 27th, will be applied at the weekly rate
Weekly   Payments are due by Wed of the prior week, all payments received after 11:59 on Fri will
be applied at the daily rate.
Daily  Payments are due the day of participation

Students will not be allowed to attend Journey After School if account is more than 10 days past
due, unless payment arrangements have been approved by the director.
Please read carefully.

All payment policies and procedures were designed to ensure that the students of Journey After
School  have a productive After School experience. We strive to provide students with an
enriching program. Please note that some policies only apply to students of Imagine Wesley
International Academy.
Pick Up
Students will only be released to individuals listed on their registration card. Id is required to
ensure the safety of our students.  After School is open until 6:30 pm. A late fee of $1.00 per
minute will be charged starting at 6:31pm.  The official clock is the clock at the front desk.  Late
pick-up fees will be charged to your account.  After three incidents of late pick-up, the fees
increase to $2.00 per minute. Excessive late pick-ups may result in a student not being allowed
to attend the after school program. Extended pick up is available at Journey
Attendance

After School charges apply based on enrollment regardless of attendance. Contact director in
cases of extended absences. All Imagine Wesley Students that are not picked up by 3:15
(elementary school) 3:45 (middles school) shall be considered and After School Student. Students
in this situation will be charged the daily rate.
Make-up Lessons
•        Make up lessons will be provided for any lessons that are cancelled due to school holidays.
Make up lessons will occur during normal after-school hours.
•        Make up lessons will not be provided if a student is absent from a lesson (i.e. activity conflict
or absence from school).
•        Any lesson canceled due to a teacher’s conflict will be made up or credited to the student’s
account.
Payment Plan Changes-Changes must be made by the 25th day of the month. There are no
changes for semester payments. All fees will be prorated.

Activity Payment Terms/Billing-Effective Jan 1, 2009
•        Payment for lessons is handled through the Journey After-School program.
•        There are two payment options for activities Monthly auto pay and Half semester
•        Payments are due by the due date. There is a $15 late fee for all payments received after the due date
•        Auto Pay form or first payment must be complete in order to reserve time slot in class
•         Your enrollment reserves an activity slot with the instructor for the entire semester.
•        No refunds are given beyond the start of class for private lessons. There is a $35 cancellation fee after
spaces are reserved.
•        No refunds are given for activities beyond the cancellation date. February 20
•        Parents are responsible for activity fees regardless of attendance. Private lessons can be rescheduled
with 2 week advance notice
•        Journey Performing Arts Center reserves the right to cancel any lessons and accompanying time-slots for   
accounts which are not current.  No make-up lessons or credits will be applied.
